Hi all,

could someone explain to me how the point system used in the qualifying is calculated? In the NOR it is stated a Low Point System would be used.

the points system is being calculated like this:

Final finished position, multiplied (*) by 16 (number of boats maximum allowed host), divided (/)by number of boats sailing in that race (eg: 5boats)!

That is: if you have a race with 9boats and finish 2nd! You make 2*16/9 = 3.55pts

if you have 16boats competing and finish 2nd! you get 2 pts! 2*16/16 = 2pts
